No charge for informal phone calls or E-mails which are not specific to a billable project. Billable time will not start unless/until agreed to by both parties.
Mountain View Industrial Consulting is used to working with confidential and proprietary information and technologies. As our client, our commitment to you is total confidentiality about your business, your technologies, your equipment, your processes and your proprietary information. No confidential or proprietary information about our work for you will be divulged to any third parties unless it is necessary to complete the work involved and only then with the client’s advance approval. Examples include suppliers, contractors and outside service providers working directly on or for the client’s project. No client information will be disclosed to any third party not directly involved in executing our assignment on your behalf.
Client non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s) will be signed upon request.
